Responsibilities: Plan a research project on infant development in Sweden, Bhutan, Japan, Uganda, and Indonesia. The work includes designing eye-tracking studies, analysis workflows, and training local researchers in Sweden or in some of the countries where the project will be conducted.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in psychology or another subject deemed equivalent by the employer. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and spoken), clarity, accuracy, conscientiousness, and high social competence are of utmost importance. The ability to work effectively and independently is essential, as well as good IT skills and experience working in diverse cultural contexts.
Additional merits: Experience in cultural studies focusing on young children, their families, and the communities in which the families live is advantageous. Experience working in a developmental psychology research environment is also a plus.
About the position: The employment is temporary for 5 months. The position is full-time, with a start date of January 15, 2026. Location: Uppsala.
