Researcher with a focus on building stock analysis
Within the Horizon project INHERIT, where researchers from cultural heritage and geosciences collaborate, the World Heritage Site of Visby is one of the pilot areas where tools and methods for increased energy efficiency will be applied. The tools and methods to be applied and tested on the building stock in Visby include decision support for energy efficiency, GIS-based solutions for sustainable maintenance and management of cultural heritage, along with tools for climate scenarios for historic buildings. To achieve this, we need to work on modeling the building stock to identify typologies and building characteristics that can be used to simulate future energy and climate scenarios.
The position is limited to 6 months. The extent is 50%. Start date is January 1, 2026, or by agreement. Location: Visby
