Sales Representative at Servicefinder Servicefinder is a leading digital marketplace founded in 2006, with the goal of making it easy for private individuals and businesses to find local service providers. Through our platform, users can seamlessly describe their needs and receive quotes from carefully selected providers in construction, renovation, cleaning, gardening, moving, and much more. Our team at the office in Sturegallerian, Stockholm, shares premises with Prisjakt and works passionately for quality and security at every step. **About the Role** As a Sales Representative with us, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving new customer sales and elevating our business to new heights. You will be responsible for the entire sales process within B2B, from identifying potential customers to closing the deal. The phone is your primary tool, but you will also have the support of modern systems and demo tools to reach out to new clients. Together with our Customer Experience team, we ensure a smooth transition and a great customer experience even after the deal is finalized. **Your Responsibilities:** - Drive the entire sales cycle, from analyzing customer needs to a signed agreement. - Primarily work via phone with B2B customers. - Build and nurture strong customer relationships. - Collaborate closely with the team and the Customer Experience department to maximize customer satisfaction. **What We Are Looking For** We believe that your personality is the key to success!
