Who are we looking for? • You have several years of experience as a Sales Manager in HVAC, plumbing, or related technical fields • You are a confident and inspiring leader with documented experience in building successful teams • You have proven success in driving profitability and business development • Technical interest or understanding of heating, ventilation, cooling, or energy solutions is a plus As a person, you are driven by achieving results and are accustomed to translating plans into concrete actions. You build trust and long-term relationships through your approach to both customers and employees, and you have a genuine passion for creating value at all levels. Your strength lies in your ability to combine a strategic and analytical perspective with proximity to the market. You are equally comfortable engaging with customers as you are in shaping business strategies for the future. What does the role entail? • Overall responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies in the Swedish market • Lead and coach a dedicated sales team of 9 people with full personnel responsibility • Drive business development and build long-term partnerships with installers, contractors, property owners, and consultants • Analyze market trends and translate insights into profitable business plans • Represent Sweden in Nordic and European contexts • Report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team.
