We are seeking a Community Sales Manager for our Regus office hotel in Östersund. We are looking for someone who is motivated, customer-oriented, energetic, and has team spirit. Our customers rent various types of office solutions, such as office or lounge memberships. Your workplace will be in Östersund. We offer varied tasks and great colleagues.
Example of work tasks:
• Selling office spaces and our other products
• Writing contracts
• Receiving and taking care of our customers and their visitors
• Answering phones and handling couriers, mail, and deliveries
• Organizing and attending customer events
• Ensuring that kitchens and premises are representative
• Preparing conference rooms
• Contacting craftsmen, landlords, and other suppliers
Who are you?
You need to be able to read, write, understand Swedish and English and speak fluently, as well as be comfortable with computers and telephone as work tools. Knowledge of office programs or similar is necessary.
To succeed in the role, you need 1-2 years of work experience in hotel, reception, sales, and administration.
