VTG Entreprenad and Reaxcer have merged to form the new company Axavia. With over 1,000 vehicles and 4,000 dedicated employees, Axavia becomes a strong player in logistics and contracting services in Mid-Norrland. We are now looking for our new Head of Sales and Marketing. You will play a key role in driving Axavia’s growth by developing a modern, customer-centric sales and marketing organization that strengthens the company's position as a leading player in logistics and contracting services.
Axavia is a new company, but it is built on decades of experience. We have emerged from the merger of Reaxcer and VTG, two strong and locally anchored companies in Jämtland and Västernorrland. Together, we are 300 co-owners employing nearly 4,000 people in logistics, machinery, contracting, and materials supply. Our strength lies in the combination of local presence, strong community, and significant capacity. With strategically located pits, our own vehicles, and knowledgeable personnel, we can handle most challenges, both large and small. The name Axavia combines two meanings: "Axla," which means to take on responsibility, and "via," the Latin word for road, symbolizing direction, movement, and transport.
As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy. You will lead and develop a team of 10 salespeople, marketers, and account managers, ensuring that the Axavia brand is clear and relevant in the market.
In this exciting role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors. You have a knack for establishing long-term customer relationships with key clients in construction, infrastructure, energy, and municipal operations. You possess strong collaborative skills, enjoy working in process-driven organizations, and thrive in a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for external communications, campaigns, and social media, and we hope you have experience implementing and optimizing CRM systems and digital tools for sales and marketing.

About VTG: We offer services in logistics and machinery services as well as gravel and crushed material. Owned by 120 local carriers and contracting companies in Västernorrland County. Together they have around 400 vehicles and employ 700-900 people depending on the season (including partners). Approximately 30 employees work in the service organization.
About Reaxcer: We offer services in logistics, machinery, and contracting, and we have a subsidiary, Westan, which works with logistics and transportation
