The position is a temporary contract from December 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 In Your Role as a Sales Associate Store work is diverse, and during a workday you will meet customers, work the cash register, handle inventory, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate, you are Systembolaget's public face. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction that we become Systembolaget. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is at least 20 years old to serve customers • Has strong social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer experience • Can work variable hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving our shared goals • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude toward learning, and an interest in opportunities created by modern digital tools • Has a high school or vocational education Experience in retail, service industries, and/or food and beverage is a plus.
