The position is a temporary role from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 In Your Role as a Sales Associate Work in the store is varied, and during a workday you will meet customers, work the cash register, manage the warehouse, and stock shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy. As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant encounters characterize work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the customer interaction that we become Systembolaget. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is at least 20 years old to interact with customers who are legally permitted to purchase alcohol. • Has strong social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience. • Can work varied hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and after closing time. • Enjoys collaboration and wants to contribute to achieving our shared goals. • Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools. • Has a high school or vocational education. Experience in retail, service industry, and/or food and beverage is considered an advantage.
