Your Role
As a property insurance broker, you'll have a key role in developing our business in the region. You'll work proactively to identify, attract, and nurture business customers, offering tailored insurance solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
The work is varied - you'll combine customer meetings and advisory services with strategic collaboration alongside colleagues in both life and property insurance. You'll maintain close dialogue with customers through personal meetings, phone, and networking events, playing a crucial role in building trustworthy and long-term relationships.
You'll become part of a driven and engaged team where business drive, knowledge sharing, and team spirit are the focus. You'll receive support from our internal administration and business support team while having great freedom to shape your own workday.
Who Are You?
We're seeking someone who is business-driven, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role where relationships and results go hand in hand. You have a natural customer focus and the ability to create trust in your interactions.
You preferably have experience in the insurance industry - but we also welcome those currently working in B2B sales with a broad network who want to train as a property insurance broker.
We would like you to have:
* Experience with property insurance for business customers, or the willingness to train as an insurance broker
* InsureSec license (meritorious) or equivalent experience to obtain it
* Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Class B driver's license
You are independent, structured, and results-oriented - but also a team player who shares knowledge, collaborates, and contributes to collective success.
