The logistics must be efficient and ensure high availability for all types of supplies, which means that storage, planning, transportation, material handling, and customer support are vital parts of our work. The Armed Forces' Warehouse is a part of FMLOG Supply, creating value for the Armed Forces by receiving and delivering equipment on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality. Through our knowledge of how materials should be received, stored, maintained, delivered, and decommissioned, we contribute to enabling the operations of the Armed Forces. Our attitudes and working methods are characterized by mutual trust to deliver defense logistics when and where it is needed. Warehouses operate nationwide and contain a wide range of FM equipment, and we operate in several channels. **Main Responsibilities:** As warehouse staff, you are responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, and delivering the Armed Forces' equipment in the agreed quantity and quality. This involves both practical and administrative work. Attention to detail and organizational skills are important traits to possess. You will participate in operations and work with colleagues to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. A technical interest and knowledge will facilitate your day-to-day work with us. You will work both in a team and independently. The position may also involve travel and assignments at other locations for either a day or extended periods. You need to be flexible, take significant personal responsibility, and enjoy meeting different people and facing various tasks of differing technical complexities, in various locations, both indoors and sometimes outdoors. Each day, you should feel that you are at the forefront of our organization. **Qualifications:** - Completed secondary education at minimum - Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills - Minimum Class B driver's license, manual transmission - Forklift operator's license **Meritorious:** - Knowledge of the systems LIFT, PRIO, Fenix/UEF - C/CE driver's license - Familiarity with the operations and materials of the Armed Forces **Personal Attributes:** We are looking for someone who easily communicates with others, builds networks, and expresses opinions constructively. You are stimulated by new challenges, willingly take initiative and personal responsibility, and are not afraid of physical work. You are flexible and can manage temporary peaks in workload without becoming stressed. You are meticulous, unpretentious, and a pronounced team player with good experience in collaborating with others. We seek someone with interest and knowledge in technology and organizational skills. **Personal suitability will be emphasized.** **Other:** The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
