Injection Molding Operator

Handy - Plastic Operator. We are looking for a handy operator for production for one of our local clients. Previous experience in plastic manufacturing is an advantage but not a requirement. We prefer candidates with a few years of work experience in the industry, particularly those with good technical understanding and familiarity with routine maintenance of machines. If you have previously worked in the plastic industry, it will be beneficial and provide you with excellent opportunities for further development with our client. Job Responsibilities: • Monitor and operate injection molding machines • Conduct quality checks according to instructions • Troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance • Report deviations and contribute to improvement efforts • Collaborate with colleagues in production, maintenance, and quality We are looking for someone who: • Has experience working as a machine operator. • Possesses good technical understanding and attention to detail • Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working in a team • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Holds a forklift license (preferred but not required) We offer: • A secure and stable assignment that is long-term. • Significant opportunities for development and further education • Fair conditions and collective agreements About the Assignment You who apply and are offered the assignment will be fully employed by Bemanningspoolen.
