Do you want to help shape the future of employer policy? Then this could be the role for you! **Your Responsibilities** As a negotiation manager, you will represent the employer in legal matters, both operational and overarching strategic in nature. You play a key role in the HR organization and can replace the HR director when necessary. Together with your team, you will develop guidelines and action plans, provide qualified advice to the organization and colleagues, and drive and participate in development work. As negotiation manager, you will independently represent Region Värmland in negotiations and discussions, including on behalf of the employer towards organizations such as SKR. This is an important role in further strengthening our employer brand and creating a trusting collaborative climate within the organization, with politicians, managers, union representatives, and employees. As negotiation manager, you are also the unit manager for the Working Conditions Unit, which is part of the HR department in Region Värmland. You will be responsible for the overall work with negotiation issues, salary formation, labor law, and working environment. You will lead a unit with negotiators and HR strategists, comprising a total of five employees. You will lead the unit with trust in your employees and have a coaching approach. Together with your team, you will develop, improve, and streamline operations, aiming for digitization and a forward-thinking working method. You should possess pedagogical abilities to pass on knowledge. You hold an academic degree in HR or a comparable academic background, along with senior experience in the field—labor law, salary formation, labor negotiations, and interpretation of laws and agreements.
