We continue to grow and are now looking for an engaged, specialist-trained company nurse or nurse with experience in occupational health services. Wallberghälsan is a family-owned business with about 700 clients and has been operational for 13 years. We have two clinics located in Skärholmen and Södermalm. You will work at our modern clinics in Skärholmen and Södermalm, as well as on-site with clients. • Opportunity to make an impact – You will plan, lead, and implement health assessments/initiatives that make a real difference for both individuals and organizations. • Community and development – we provide a warm and welcoming work environment. • You will be part of a professional and caring team. • You wish to be part of innovative occupational health services and contribute your commitment towards development. • Our organization is flat, facilitating close collaboration between colleagues, operational managers, and the CEO. **We Are Looking For You Who** • Is a specialist-trained company nurse or nurse with experience in occupational health services and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare. • Has a passion for health-promoting work and wants to contribute to a sustainable work life. • Enjoys working independently but also values team collaboration. • Has good experience with sample taking. • Has good digital skills and a professional approach to clients and assignments. • Has significant experience in lifestyle and health counseling. **Preferred Qualifications** • Health profiles and fitness assessments. • Health coaching and lifestyle medicine. • Previous work experience in occupational health services. **Your Assignment** • Provide advice on workplace environment and health to managers and employees. • Conduct health assessments, sample taking, vaccinations, drug testing, and spirometry. • Work with early rehabilitation and substance abuse management. **Employment Rate:** 80-100% **Start Date:** As agreed.
