Since our inception in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a key part of the Nordic region's leading media group Bonnier News AB, has experienced significant expansion that highlights our importance within the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales professionals across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with a total revenue target of 145 million for 2024, there's nothing stopping us!
As a corporate sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own earnings through an unlimited commission model, along with a guaranteed salary each month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers, who have over 10 years of industry experience. We offer a fun workplace with motivated colleagues, exciting activities, and engaging sales competitions. About the Role
As a sales representative at Bonnier, you work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. You start your workweek with your colleagues at our office in the center of Norrköping. The day begins with a team kickoff where we review the goals for the week and the day. You will then spend your day communicating with business owners in Sweden's economy via phone, offering them subscriptions to the Nordic region's leading business newspaper, Dagens industri. Your workday will include sales activities, coaching sales meetings, self-study about the product you are selling, as well as fun activities and sales competitions. You are a communicative and persuasive telemarketer with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but to exceed established targets. Your persistence and work ethic ensure that you always maintain focus and ensure tasks are completed efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, delivering quality in your work while handling stressful situations calmly and steadily.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate and engage customers via phone and email/written communication.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in outbound sales is advantageous.
- Experience in media sales is a plus.
Additional Information
This position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed base salary and commission.
You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales and report to the sales manager, with the office located at Prästgatan 12 in central Norrköping. At Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you will have access to benefits such as a generous wellness allowance of 3000 SEK, discounts, and additional compensation during parental leave. We are affiliated with a collective agreement through Almega and Unionen.
