Koncepta operates with telemarketing but in our own way – we are different. We collaborate with well-known clients such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, the Association of Small Businesses, and the Foundation Active School, for whom we gather members and sponsorships. Additionally, our sales representatives only call businesses.
We have a collective agreement and pay a base salary accordingly. However, we impose no limits on how much our salespeople can sell or earn, meaning you can achieve a very high salary if you are active and engaged. If you are a skilled salesperson, you also have the opportunity to finish early on certain days. All of our employees have their own office rooms.
No sales experience is required. We train and coach all our employees.
Requirements/Qualifications/Traits:
You need to have high communication skills and express yourself fluently in Swedish since we work via phone. Personal responsibility and initiative are important, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively, as we work both individually and in teams.

Our sales team consists of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and all ages. We place great emphasis on both selling and community, and engage in numerous activities together.

These positions are permanent contracts starting with a six-month fixed-term contract. All our positions are full-time.
