About Us
Mora Park is a small organization that operates children's residences according to LSS 9§8 and an adapted primary school for grades 1-9. Our facilities are located just outside Södertälje, in Järna and Hölö. Mora Park is set to expand its operations in nearby areas.
About the Position
As the manager, you will lead and develop the two accommodations you are responsible for. You will be part of Mora Park's management team.
Your tasks include personnel, financial, and workplace responsibility, as well as driving development work related to your accommodations and the entire Mora Park.
You are engaged with employees and children and are a present leader.
On-call duty is included in the position.
Employment Conditions
The position is a permanent employment, with a six-month probationary period. Full-time employment, 100%. You will work daytime from Monday to Friday. Start date as agreed. Of course, we have a collective agreement!

Who Are You?
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Perhaps you are currently working as an LSS caseworker, with children and youth in social services, or as a counselor in a school for students in need of special support?
Mora Park applies competency-based recruitment, and for this position, you are required to have:
- A degree in social work.
- Experience with the target group (children in Client Group 1).
- Experience in personnel management.
- A valid driver's license (B category).
