As the Operations Manager at Forenede Service, you will have overall responsibility for your department, which includes customer delivery, personnel management, and financial responsibility.
You will ensure that contracts are followed and optimized, as well as maintain, develop, and create new customer relationships. You will have contact with suppliers and assist with bidding and sales. You will be responsible for the daily operations in your area for your employees, and you will create a favorable work environment where your employees thrive and develop, which in turn leads to satisfied customers.
Your tasks will include, for example:
• Leading Team Leaders and Service Staff
• Ensuring that quality requirements in contracts are met
• Conducting customer meetings
• Conducting employee performance reviews
• Working with effective scheduling
• Annual planning
• Planning and ensuring that departmental goals are met
• Monthly results tracking against departmental goals
• Actively working with upselling
• Ensuring that the department meets applicable environmental and occupational health and safety requirements
The position is full-time and the working hours are during the day.
About You:
As a person, you are service-oriented, proactive, and responsible, and you have a knack for expressing yourself well in both spoken and written form. You possess high integrity and good communication skills, a positive attitude when the workload increases, and the ability to plan your work effectively. You have previous experience in leading people and are comfortable with both independent tasks and collaborating with colleagues to solve a task.

Experience in the industry is advantageous but not a requirement - the most important thing is that we find the right person.
