Vehicle Technician

About the position As part of our forward expansion, we are now seeking automotive technicians for our client in Åkersberga to further strengthen the workshop team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diagnostics, service, maintenance, and repair tasks. You will deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure that customer expectations are met. This position is a direct recruitment. We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience as an automotive technician. A background in automotive technology is preferred but not required. You have knowledge and training in modern diagnostic techniques. You are practical, meticulous, and responsible, enjoying working in an independent role with your own responsibilities, while also being a natural team player. You will be interacting with customers, which requires a high level of social competence and professionalism. We expect you to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. If you are also a cheerful and sociable person, you will fit in very well with our team. A valid B driver's license is required. The compensation package includes an individual base salary plus a shared monthly commission based on total billed hours in the workshop. Commission starts from the first sold hour. There is no individual piecework. With this compensation model, the client's goal is to have the right person in the right job to minimize unfairness and create the best possible efficiency in the workshop.
