We are looking for someone who wants to work on renovating old vehicle instruments, such as speedometers, tachometers, and all other instruments found on a dashboard. This includes both electrical and mechanical instruments.
We seek an individual who can be trained by us and then work independently. Currently, we offer 50-75% working hours, with the possibility of increasing hours as independence is demonstrated.
The ideal candidate needs to be meticulous and careful, possess normal vision, have troubleshooting skills, and preferably some knowledge of electricity, although electrical knowledge is not a requirement as we will provide training.
We do not see any disadvantage if the applicant has a neurodevelopmental disorder such as Autism or Asperger's; in fact, this can be a significant strength in this role.
The candidate must be able to collaborate with the two of us who own the company. Customer contact is not a requirement.
There is no stress in this environment; the work focuses on being as precise and methodical as possible. Most of the work is performed while seated at this workplace.
