About the Position:
We are seeking 10-15 vehicle or industrial technicians with experience from the vehicle industry or manufacturing. You will become part of the team building our workshop during an exciting establishment phase where you will have the opportunity to influence culture, working methods, and profiling from the ground up. During the first four months, a training period will be conducted at our sister company Ritek in Levanger, Norway. In the long term, the role will also involve leadership and mentoring of new employees in the workshop.
Work Tasks:
You will be responsible for disassembly, repair, and renovation of components and systems on heavy vehicles with equipment. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical elements as well as documentation according to applicable quality standards. As one of our first technicians on-site, you will help build a completely new workshop operation. Over time, there is an opportunity to grow into a supervisory role where you will mentor and support new employees in the workshop.
Desired Qualifications and Characteristics:
We are looking for someone with technical education and experience as a mechanic or technician. You enjoy working practically and have a good ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and electrical diagrams. Precision and quality are self-evident to you.
As a person, you are self-driven but simultaneously a strong team player who likes to share your knowledge. You have good leadership skills and a pedagogical approach that makes others enjoy learning from you. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good English skills. A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be able to undergo security screening for work under defense secrecy.
You must be able to work at Ritek in Levanger (Norway) during the weeks of the introduction and training period, which covers approximately the first four months of employment.
