We are now seeking passionate florists and sales professionals for our well-established shop at Fältöverstens on Östermalm.
About the Role
As a florist with us, you will work in a dynamic and creative environment with a high-paced tempo, where quality and customer experience are the focus. Your work encompasses everything from sales and customer interaction to bouquet arrangement, plant care, and keeping the shop vibrant and inspiring.
We offer a wide range of cut flowers and plants, and we place great importance on both pre-made bouquets and personalized arrangements – therefore, you need to have solid plant knowledge and confidence in the entire professional role.
Who We Are Looking For
• You are a trained florist with several years of experience.
• You have a genuine interest in both flowers and sales.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible, service-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• You are self-driven but also a team player who contributes to a positive work atmosphere.
About the Position
• Work hours: 25-50% with the possibility to extend to 75-100%, depending on agreement.
• Work shifts occur on all days of the week.
• Start date according to mutual agreement.
