ISS is now seeking an engaged and service-oriented Floor Host for our customer in Östersund. This is a broad and varied role where you'll become an important part of daily workplace services – with responsibility for creating a welcoming, secure, and professional environment for both visitors and employees. About the Role As a Floor Host, you'll play a central role in ensuring the workplace runs smoothly from start to finish. The role combines both practical and administrative tasks, and is perfect for someone who enjoys variation and switching between different types of responsibilities. Your primary responsibilities include: • Receiving and welcoming visitors, managing visitor registration and access cards. • Handling mail and delivery management, including internal distribution. • Performing agreed-upon area rounds for the customer according to current agreements. • Assisting with orders and administrative tasks, such as workspace allocation, personal lockers, meeting and conference services, access tags, and updating email lists. • Performing daily cleaning and simple cleaning tasks in agreed areas to ensure a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment. • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a well-functioning and pleasant work environment. A typical day might start with cleaning tasks and then transition to more administrative and customer-facing work. Therefore, we're seeking someone who enjoys an active role with great variety and appreciates switching between different types of responsibilities. Who Are We Looking For? We're seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: reception, conference, hotel, caretaking, cleaning, retail, or other service-related activities. You should have a high school education, good computer skills, and preferably experience with basic IT or caretaking tasks. As a person, you are: • Service-oriented – you see what needs to be done and take initiative. • Social and attentive – you interact with people with warmth and professionalism. • Responsible and solution-oriented – you enjoy finding practical solutions and creating order. • A team player – you like to collaborate and contribute to the team's positive atmosphere. You express yourself well in Swedish and have good English skills, both spoken and written.
