Molnet Personal Assistance is a care provider for individuals eligible for personal assistance under the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). Our organization is characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and great commitment to both clients and assistants.
A 4-year-old girl requires an assistance team for home care. She cannot breathe normally and has a tracheostomy, and due to eating difficulties, she has a gastrostomy (abdominal button).
What is important is that you are calm, organized, reliable, patient, responsible, and have a strong work ethic. You must be a non-smoker and speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of trach, peg-button, inhalation, and breathing machine is a plus but absolutely not a requirement.
You will be required to submit a police record extract, which is mandatory as the child is a minor. We will place significant emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment.
An introduction is always conducted at the beginning of the position where you will learn everything you need to know. We want candidates who intend to work with the girl long-term. Work hours will be 12-hour shifts, with double assistance around the clock, including awake night shifts.
If you want an interesting and developmental workplace, you've come to the right place! If you feel you match the description above, do not hesitate to send an email with your CV and personal letter to Molnet Personal Assistance. More information will be provided during a potential interview. We look forward to hearing from you!
