About the Role

We offer a fun and social part-time job in November, December, and January with service-oriented and cheerful colleagues! We are looking for someone who is flexible and customer-service minded to the tips of their fingers to support our receptions during the Christmas period and between the holidays. You will primarily work in receptions and office properties in the Stockholm area, ensuring top-notch service when you're on-site!
Your tasks will include:
• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling and courier services
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and office rounds
• Work at events and information desks in shopping centers

Employment:
This is a needs-based employment where you decide how much you want to work. We appreciate if you can work full days, as we often have shifts between 08:00-17:00 on weekdays in our office receptions. You will apply through our scheduling app by expressing interest in the days and times you can work.
The focus will primarily be from Lucia until Epiphany, but there's an opportunity to work during the Black Friday weekend on 28/11.
This role is perfect for those who want to work intensively during a period, with working hours varying on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. There's a possibility to continue working extra in our receptions.
