About the Assignment
We are seeking several recruiters for our client in Malmö for an assignment starting January 7th and running through April 30th, 2025. The position is full-time, and you will work during office hours (8:00-16:30) at the client's office in central Malmö. Remote work is not possible.
Your Responsibilities
• Independent work on individual or all stages of the recruitment process, including establishing job profiles, advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks
• Independent work on individual steps in the search process
• Preparing employment decisions
• Consultative support to hiring managers
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers
Your Qualifications
• Relevant college education or equivalent educational level
• At least one (1) year of continuous work experience in recruitment
• Fluent communication in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Quick ability to understand and adapt to various tasks
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• Ability to work according to established routines and methods
• Previous experience with competency-based recruitment
