Your Role
As a Flow Manager, you will be responsible for the Götvalsverket. You will work with your team of 9 employees to achieve the goals and expectations set, while also developing and streamlining your working methods, processes, and techniques. It is equally important for you to focus on developing your employees and continuously strive for an inclusive work environment where the company's values are central. Safety is our top priority, and in your role, you will be responsible for both the physical and psychosocial work environment. You will be part of the factory's production management team and, together with your fellow flow managers, contribute to developing and implementing the company's strategy in the factory.

• Driving development by creating clear structures, efficient working methods, and a culture characterized by quality and service.
• Working goal-oriented to ensure that the operations meet customer requirements and evolve for future needs.
• Developing both the business and people with presence, engagement, and drive – you inspire progress and create conditions for growth.
• Leading and developing production by ensuring structure, efficiency, and quality in daily operations.
• Driving business development and cultural change by establishing clear working methods and strengthening service capabilities.
• Exercising a present and engaged leadership with full personnel responsibility for approximately 9 employees.
• Actively participating in technology development and investment projects to strengthen our competitiveness.
About You
You are a confident and inspiring leader motivated by developing both people and operations. In the role of first-line manager, you thrive close to production, where you lead with clarity, engagement, and responsiveness. You create participation, build trust, and encourage continuous improvements in working methods and results. Since we operate in an international environment, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms. You will be an important part of our production management team and report directly to the production manager.
You have leadership experience in industry or a similar field and a good understanding of personnel and capacity planning as well as cost monitoring. Your collaboration skills are strong – you enjoy working cross-functionally and see the value in achieving goals together across departmental boundaries. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and action-oriented, but also humble and attentive to your employees. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, are quick to familiarize yourself with new systems, and possess strong digital maturity.
