We are now seeking new team members for our store in Alingsås. You will be the face of Fix My Phone, and through your advice and sales knowledge, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up with the customer upon completion of the service, while also working on upselling accessories and other products. It is also crucial to meet all of the customer's needs, both expressed and hidden. We strive for a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world as a whole, which is why it is important for us to ensure that the customer has the right accessories and protection for their phone after the repair is completed to prevent future accidents. It is your responsibility to sell these to the customer! All new employees will undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, as well as regular training in sales techniques and customer service. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a genuine drive. You are responsible and care about maintaining order in your environment, for your own sake and for others. Previous experience in sales and roles that require dexterity is a plus.
