About this role

Here you have the opportunity to become a key person in the organization's support function and contribute to creating a first-class customer experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users and customers – both internally and externally – handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will be an important part of a competent and supportive team where collaboration, engagement, and development are in focus. **Your Responsibilities** • Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – always with a professional and positive attitude. • Be the primary point of contact (SPOC) for contract customers. • Troubleshoot and provide user support regarding IT services, systems, networks, and permissions. • Collaborate with colleagues and technical specialists to find the best solutions. • Document inquiries and share knowledge to strengthen the entire team. • Actively contribute to improvements and development of processes and routines. **Who Are You?** You have previous experience in service or customer support, preferably within the IT field. You thrive in a role where you can solve problems and help others, and you do so with structure, curiosity, and a smile in your voice.
