ABOUT THE POSITION Our client in sustainability is currently looking for a service-minded IT Support in First Line to support their operations during the holiday season. As an IT Support Technician, you will be involved in various smaller IT support projects, including providing classic support to users, installing and configuring network components, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. This means you will have varied tasks that may involve support over the phone as well as on-site visits, so you should be flexible and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. The assignment is full-time and will take place on-site in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm. We prefer candidates who live in the surrounding area to facilitate commuting and flexibility. Full availability is required throughout the entire period, including the entire Christmas and New Year holidays (excluding public holidays). Planned leave or vacation during this time cannot unfortunately be accepted. YOU WILL BE OFFERED - An educational assignment - A harmonious and pleasant work environment - Good and competent colleagues JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities * Staff the service desk and manage incoming cases within First Line support * Troubleshoot issues related to hardware and business-specific applications * Work independently with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving * Participate in IT-related projects and management assignments * Document procedures, instructions, and solutions in a structured manner * Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with external suppliers as needed WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have a few years of experience working in a service desk/IT support role - Possess knowledge of ITIL processes and basic network understanding - Have solid experience with Microsoft products, particularly Windows OS and Office 365 in complex environments - Are service-minded and driven by helping users - Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Reside in Norrort or nearby areas with the ability to commute to Sollentuna daily - Are available to start immediately - Are available for work throughout the assignment period To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in technology.
