Job Responsibilities
As a support staff member, you are responsible for the first point of contact with Telia's private customers. Through incoming calls, you help customers with technical questions, primarily related to broadband and telephony. You listen to the customer's needs and inform them about Telia's service offerings to deliver the best solution. Consequently, up-selling becomes a natural part of the conversation, with the goal of achieving excellent service and high customer satisfaction. You work towards set targets and have the opportunity to influence your salary through a bonus system.
At the start, you will be offered comprehensive training with your team, providing all the tools to feel confident in your role. You will have continuous dialogue with your immediate manager to receive support in your daily work and take the next step in your development.
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Find solutions to customer questions and problems
• Up-sell by reviewing service offerings and finding solutions that meet customer needs
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Completed high school education
• Excellent service orientation
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is meritorious
