As a Vehicle Coordinator in Finspång Municipality, you will be based in the Service Sector.
From January 2026, Transport Service will be responsible for Vehicle Coordination. Other units within the Service Sector include Meal Service, Cleaning Service, Property Department, Sports and Facilities, and Business Development within Construction.
At Transport Service and Vehicle Coordination, you will be a key person continuing the work of green transformation and efficiency of our vehicle services.

Finspång Municipality's vehicle fleet consists of approximately 120 vehicles, and your main task will be to administratively coordinate and optimize this fleet. You will work independently and collaborate broadly with many different functions, both within the organization and with external actors.
Your Future Responsibilities
You will work analytically and strive for optimal vehicle management. You will also prepare tender documents for procurement of new vehicles based on the guidelines and routines governing the municipality's vehicle ownership, in close collaboration with the municipal procurement unit.
The Role Also Involves
Administering and being responsible for all vehicle-related matters such as contracts, procurement, maintenance, planning, follow-up, service, inspections, and insurance. To assist with the operational work regarding vehicle care, inspections, and servicing, there is a service technician in the vehicle coordination team with whom you will have close cooperation, planning, and dialogue.

- Relevant high school education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Experience with procurement work or experience deemed equivalent by the employer
- Experience with administrative work
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to take initiative for changes
- Good knowledge of office software and comfortable working digitally in various systems
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented with strong social skills
