Finnish-speaking hourly employed care assistant for home care - Oxelösund

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with people and create security and quality of life in our customers' daily lives. To meet the needs of our Finnish-speaking customers, we prefer that you speak Finnish and Swedish. **Job Responsibilities – What will you do?** You will assist customers in receiving the help they are entitled to according to assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks include: • Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care. • Meal support – help with preparation, serving, and feeding as needed. • Supervision and companionship – creating security and contributing to the customer's social context. • Dressing and undressing – practical support with changing clothes. • Home support – for example, laundry and other daily tasks. • Medication delegation – administering medication according to prescriptions and delegation. • Emergency response – promptly addressing urgent needs of customers who have triggered an alarm. We operate on behalf of Oxelösund Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00. This means a varied role with both planned and more urgent interventions. **Who are you?** To fit in with us, we see that you possess the following qualities and qualifications: • Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field. (Requirement) • Fluent in Swedish – you are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written and can document professionally. (Requirement) • Fluent in Finnish – you are proficient in Finnish both spoken and written. (Requirement) • B driver's license – you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating traffic. (Meritorious) • Able to cycle – you are a confident and experienced cyclist. (Requirement) • Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calmness and determination. • Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed. • Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer has their own needs and wishes. • Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. • Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same. • Thorough and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work. • Digitally savvy – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems. • Residential support – it is meritorious if you have previous work experience as a residential support worker. **Working Hours and Structure:** Working hours: Monday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment with an immediate start. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30 or 15:30 – 22:00. Workplace: You will start from our office in Oxelösund, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
