Now they continue to expand internationally and are strengthening their organization with a Sales Development Representative for the enterprise segment in Finland.

About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in the company's enterprise initiative in Finland. Your role is to generate interest, identify the right companies, and book qualified meetings for our senior sales representatives. You will work long-term and systematically to approach companies, attend customer meetings, and build relationships that lead to business.
Focus Areas:
• Identify and approach new customers in the enterprise segment
• Thorough prospecting to offer the right solutions to customers
• Create interest and book meetings for the sales team
• Participate in preliminary work for customer dialogues and attend customer meetings
• Work closely with experienced sales representatives and contribute to a successful sales process
• Continuously develop understanding of customers' business needs and industry trends
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a business-oriented relationship builder with drive and structure. You are accustomed to working towards high goals and understand the importance of long-term thinking and professionalism in dialogues with larger companies.
We believe you have:
• Fluent Finnish and very good Swedish or English skills
• Sales experience, preferably B2B
• At least high school education (university is meritorious)
• Ability to understand customer business and communicate professionally and insightfully
• High energy, business acumen, and ability to work systematically and goal-oriented
You will be part of a team of approximately 12 SDRs and work closely with four Enterprise SDRs in the Nordics – two in Malmö and two in Denmark, as well as an Enterprise sales representative based in Finland. For the right person, there are excellent development opportunities within the company.
