Read more about Hailey HR and the role here - Customer Success. Responsibilities As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding customers to the HR system. You will project manage the implementation of the system for clients, develop their HR processes, and train managers on how to use the system. You will support customers in both the Finnish and Swedish markets. In this role, you will become an expert in Hailey's HR system by working closely with the development team to continuously improve the system and its functionalities. You will represent the needs of HR departments internally, thereby contributing to making the system the best on the market! Your main responsibilities: • Onboard customers to the HR system, lead implementation projects, and train managers • Support customers in both the Swedish and Finnish markets • Work closely with developers to continuously improve the HR system • Communicate the needs of HR departments internally to ensure the quality of the system Education, experience, and personal qualities • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent • Fluent in Finnish and Swedish (professional level) as well as very good English skills, both spoken and written • Experience in HR or equivalent is an advantage We are looking for someone who thrives in structured training environments and possesses good leadership qualities.
