We are currently seeking someone to take on an exciting consulting assignment as a Customer Care Specialist, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to consumers in the Nordic region. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience throughout the entire customer journey—from purchase to ownership. You will be an ambassador for the brand, acting as the link between the customer and the company's partners (retailers/workshops).

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Communication: Managing customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Coordination: Organizing towing and roadside assistance for breakdowns.
  • Lead Management: Managing and following up on leads to ensure effective utilization.
  • Improvement Work: Prioritizing and escalating customer feedback to relevant teams and actively driving activities to improve processes and quality.

Availability: The role requires you to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as this is when our customers need us the most. This is a consulting assignment that provides you with valuable insight and knowledge about both products and consumers—perfect for anyone looking to build a future career in the industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and who is motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
  • Previous experience in Customer Care Operations and/or customer service, preferably from sales-focused brands.
  • The ability to work with CRM systems and a strong technical aptitude.
