We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support Technician who wants to become part of our client's excellent and knowledgeable service desk. Here, you'll work in an innovative, cutting-edge company, helping customers and users with technical questions, troubleshooting, and support in a modern IT environment. As an IT Support Technician, you are a problem solver with varied tasks and challenges. You'll have the opportunity to gain deeper insight into different IT environments and find solutions to more complex IT problems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting both hardware and software, as well as managing incoming tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You'll work in a Windows environment with Microsoft 365 and manage account administration in Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID. Responsibilities: • Receive and handle tickets from the client's users with excellent customer service • Management of client computers, servers, and mobile devices • Windows environment, Microsoft 365 and associated enterprise applications, and administration in Active Directory • Follow up and complete user tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction • Identify and report recurring issues within their support delivery To thrive in this IT Support Technician role, we seek someone who is service-oriented, meticulous, and stress-resistant. What we're looking for: • Strong interest in IT • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, Windows Server, and hardware • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written Start: Immediate start, considering notice period.
