Job Responsibilities As a Finnish-speaking Account Manager at Klipboard, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing the company's existing customer relationships in half of Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and the entire Finland. You will actively build long-term and strong relationships through regular digital customer visits via phone and Teams, with physical customer meetings in Finland limited to a maximum of four times per year. Your focus will be on driving sales while providing customers with advice and support, presenting and demonstrating Klipboard's services, and ensuring that solutions always meet customer needs. As an Account Manager, you will have full commercial responsibility for your customer accounts and collaborate both internally and externally to maximize results. You will also be responsible for ongoing sales reporting and forecasts in the CRM system and actively participate in monthly sales meetings. The position is office-based at Klipboard's office in central Malmö, with the option to work remotely two days per week. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Experience in B2B sales and a track record of driving customer relationships to results • Excellent Swedish, Finnish, and English language skills, both verbal and written • Good knowledge of the Office package and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience being advantageous • Experience in software/SaaS or the automotive industry is also considered advantageous We are seeking someone who is communicative and can adapt communication to build long-term and effective relationships both internally and with customers. You are commercially aware and have the ability to identify and drive business opportunities while always keeping the customer's best interests in focus. You are proactive and willing to take initiative to improve workflows and achieve set goals. With a can-do attitude, you see solutions instead of obstacles and have a strong will to complete tasks and solve problems efficiently.
