**About the Position**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work for the Uber Rides team with a variety of tasks and manage multiple parallel activities. In your role, you will primarily provide support for the Swedish and Nordic markets, interacting with customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include internal and external communication and support for customers. You will mainly work via email, but outgoing contact via phone and chat will also occur.
Initially, you will work exclusively at Uber's office in Stockholm/Solna. After the first three months, you will have the opportunity to work remotely a couple of days a week.
In your role as customer support, your main tasks will include:
- Supporting Uber's customers in the Nordic market
- Internal and external communication
The customer support position is a full-time consulting assignment with an immediate start and lasts for 6 months, with a good chance of extension. Working hours are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with work every other weekend.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with previous work experience in customer support or a similar role. You should have a high school diploma and possess excellent skills in Norwegian, English, and Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you have prior experience in a similar role and are proficient with computer systems.
Furthermore, we see that you are a proactive and initiative-taking person who is willing to take on new tasks and drive your own projects. You have a strong ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, are flexible, and possess high integrity. This requires good social skills and an enjoyment of maintaining a large network of contacts.
**Requirements for the Position:**
- Experience in customer service/support or equivalent
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish, both spoken and written
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proficient with computer systems
- Initiative-taking, problem-solving, and communicative
