You will receive thorough on-the-job training and ongoing feedback and support from experienced colleagues. **Working Hours** The position is full-time, and you need to be open to working 2-shift or permanent night shifts: - **2-shift:** Day: 06:00–14:20, Evening: 14:20–22:40 - **Night:** Sun–Thu 22:40–05:30 **Examples of Responsibilities** - Precise assembly of small, technical components - Following work instructions and procedures - Inspection and quality control - Contributing to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment - Collaborating and supporting the team in learning and development **Requirements for the Position** - At least 18 years old - Technically inclined and accustomed to hands-on work - Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Available for shift work and night shifts (Previous experience in production or assembly is advantageous but not a requirement.) **Meritorious** - Experience in fine assembly or working with small components - Experience as a machine or process operator - Driver's license and access to a car - Experience from precision professions, e.g., eyelash extensions or nail technology **Who Are You?** We are looking for someone who is committed, structured, and solution-oriented.
