Apply now! ABOUT THE POSITION ReQuTech (Research, Quality & Technology) develops high-tech communication solutions for satellite communication (SATCOM). They work globally with clients in the defense industry, government agencies, space organizations (including ESA and the Swedish National Space Agency), as well as commercial actors. ReQuTech's products are used in everything from advanced ground terminals to systems in space. They are ISO-certified and hold several patents. Currently, they are a scale-up company experiencing rapid growth, and at ReQuTech, you will become an important part of a multidisciplinary team where mechanics, electronics, software, and systems development meet. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for ReQuTech's finance – from accounting and closing accounts to reporting and financial administration. You will ensure that the ongoing bookkeeping runs smoothly, manage accounts payable and receivable, taxes, and declarations, as well as prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Payroll is currently managed externally but may be handled internally in the future. You will work closely with the CEO and management on budget, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decisions, while driving the development of routines, processes, and systems within finance and controlling. You will get a comprehensive view of both finance and the everyday operations at the office, becoming a central part of ReQuTech's team. * Handling daily bookkeeping and month-end reconciliations * Preparation of the annual report in collaboration with the auditor * Reporting to the board and management * Implementation and development of business systems and BI tools * Financial follow-up of projects, business areas, and investments * Contributing to strategic decisions regarding growth, pricing, cost structure, and financing WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have a degree in economics - Have at least three years of experience in qualified financial work, preferably in a small to medium-sized company, with overall responsibility - Have good knowledge in accounting, closing accounts, and financial management - Have experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis - Have good system familiarity, preferably with experience in business systems and Excel/BI tools - Have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Have excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written - Hold Swedish citizenship (a requirement due to defense-related assignments; dual citizenship is acceptable) It is meritorious if you have - Excellent knowledge of Monitor ERP - Knowledge of another language To succeed in this role, you possess the following personal qualities: - Helpful - Goal-oriented - Organized - Responsible OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
