We are seeking a Controller with Raindance experience for a business in Lund. Start is in December, initially a 6-month fixed-term assignment. The role involves supporting management with financial follow-up, analysis, budget work, and forecasting. The company is also undergoing a transformation, transitioning from working in Excel to primarily using Raindance and Qlik Sense for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent economic education background.
• At least 6 years of qualified controller experience, preferably in municipal sector and within labor market and social services areas.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budget processes, follow-up, and analysis work.
• Experience working in change or development projects within the financial area is meritorious.
• Controller for operations within the Labor Market and Social Administration.
• Extensive proficiency with financial systems, especially Raindance (preferably version 2025VSP4).
• Preferably experience working with Qlik Sense and advanced Excel handling.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to efficiency of financial processes.
Meritorious Requirements:
• Experience working in change or development projects within the financial area is meritorious.
For this role, fluent Swedish and English skills are required, both verbally and in writing.
This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Lund. Start is in December, initially a 6-month fixed-term assignment with potential for extension.
