Finance Project Manager at Quest Consulting

**Job Description** We are currently seeking a Finance Project Manager for an exciting assignment where you will lead and drive the work within Finance and Procurement in the transformation towards Next Generation ERP – SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement, a strong understanding of financial processes and economic models, as well as experience in leading ERP projects, preferably within SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformation. - Project management (budget, resource management, timelines, and steering committee work). - Stakeholder management both internally and externally. - Process development and change management. - Lead requirements gathering and requirements management. - Communication with the business and various stakeholders. **Mandatory Requirements** - Senior project manager (minimum 7–8 years of experience) who can drive projects according to standardized or generic project models, along with several years of experience in leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement. - Experience or good knowledge of agile methodologies. - Experience in change management and business development. - Strong understanding of financial processes and economic models. - Experience in leading ERP projects, preferably within SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformation. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English. - Interest and ability to lead specialists. **Desirable Requirements** - Previous experience in process development, requirements specification within IT, procurement of IT systems, and project implementation within the energy sector. **Desired Personal Attributes** - Decisive. - Positive and outgoing. - Takes initiative and enjoys working both independently and in teams. - Ability to create structure while managing details without getting stuck. - Solution-oriented. **Your Application** Does this role sound interesting and suitable?
