About this role
We are currently seeking a Finance Project Manager for a larger Swedish company in critical infrastructure. The assignment involves leading and driving the organization's work in Finance and Procurement in connection with a comprehensive transformation towards Next Generation ERP S/4HANA.
The ideal consultant has several years of experience in leading business and IT-driven transformations with a focus on finance and procurement areas, as well as a solid understanding of financial processes and financial models. Experience with ERP projects, preferably with SAP and S/4HANA, is highly desirable. The consultant will be part of the client's internal team and will work alongside them to ensure a successful project.
**Examples of Responsibilities:**
- Project management including budget, resource planning, timeline, and reporting to the steering committee
- Stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Process development and change management
- Leading and structuring requirements work
- Communication with the business and other relevant parties
**Competence Requirements:**
- Senior project manager with at least 7–8 years of experience in driving projects according to established models
- Several years of experience in leading business and IT transformations within finance and procurement
- Knowledge and/or experience with agile methodologies
- Solid experience in change management and business development
- Very good understanding of financial processes and financial models
- Documented experience in ERP projects, preferably SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Ability and interest in leading specialists
