Finance Project Manager - Next Generation ERP

Your new role We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager for a leading company in the energy sector that aims to drive the transformation of their finance and procurement functions in the work with Next Generation ERP S/4HANA. As a Finance Project Manager, you will be a key player in the team and responsible for ensuring a successful project from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to combine project management, change management, and process development in an exciting and strategically important transformation. Responsibilities • Lead the project according to plan, including budget, resource management, timeline, and steering committee. • Manage and engage stakeholders both internally and externally. • Drive process development and change initiatives within finance and procurement. • Lead the development of requirement specifications. • Communicate project status and changes to the business and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you need • At least 7–8 years of experience in project management within business and IT transformations, focusing on finance and procurement. • Solid experience with ERP projects, preferably within SAP ERP and S/4HANA. • A strong understanding of financial processes and economic models. • Experience with Agile methodologies and change management. • The ability to lead specialists and work closely with the business. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Desirable: Previous experience in process development, IT requirements specification, procurement of IT systems, and project implementation within the energy sector.
