We are looking for you
Do you want to lead one of the most business-critical finance and procurement transformations in the energy sector? We are now seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager for a long-term and strategically important consulting assignment with one of Sweden's largest players in critical infrastructure.
The assignment is central to the client's journey towards Next Generation ERP – SAP S/4HANA, where you will drive both business development and technical change together with a professional and dedicated team.
Your role
As a Finance Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the finance and procurement-related aspects of the ERP transformation project. You will work closely with both the business, IT, and external partners, ensuring that the project stays on the right track, pace, and quality.
This is the role for you if you are confident in project leadership, experienced in navigating complex organizations, and passionate about creating structures, driving change, and delivering results.
Your responsibilities
In this assignment, you will be responsible for:
• Leading the project's work within finance and procurement in the ERP implementation.
• Managing budget, timeline, risks, resources, and reporting to the steering group.
• Driving requirements management together with the business and IT.
• Leading and facilitating process development and change management.
• Coordinating stakeholders at multiple levels – both internal and external.
• Ensuring clear communication to the business, project team, and management.
• Creating structure, following up on deliveries, and acting as support for specialists.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
• At least 7–8 years of experience as a project manager in business and IT transformations.
• Documented experience in projects related to finance and procurement, preferably in larger organizations.
• A good understanding of financial processes and economic models.
• Experience leading ERP projects – preferably SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience with agile methods, business development, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• The ability to lead specialists and collaborate in complex environments.
Desirable experiences
It is an advantage if you also have:
• Experience in process development, requirements specification for IT solutions, and procurement of IT systems.
• Previous work in the energy sector or other technical/industrial operations.
• A strong interest in structured improvement work and modern system architecture.

Location: Stockholm Working method: Hybrid, with regular days on-site with the client.
Timeline and scope
Start: January 7, 2026 Scope: 100%, 40 hours per week End date: January 31, 2027 (Project employment)
