Your New Job
As a Branch Manager at Bravida, your tasks include leading and developing the branch towards set goals and being responsible for employee development. You will actively nurture, develop, and create customer relationships, and ensure that assignments are completed with high technical and economic results.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead and create engagement among employees
• Be responsible for the unit's results according to budget and set goals
• Customer management of new and existing customers
• Streamline routines and processes and ensure compliance
• Follow-up on employees and projects
• Participate in business negotiations
• Daily contact with customers, employees, authorities, and suppliers
• Cross-selling to existing and new customers
• Actively and proactively work with workplace environment issues to achieve our long-term goals and zero vision
You will be responsible for negotiations, planning, purchasing, and delivery together with your employees. Close collaboration with Bravida's other departments, where we collectively create offers and find the best solutions for our customers, will be crucial for business growth.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has a technical degree and competence within their area of responsibility
• Has previously worked in the technology and/or automation industry
• Has good economic knowledge
• Has experience with procurement and negotiation skills
• Holds a B driver's license
