About Our Halmstad Branch
At our Halmstad branches, we receive and manage material flows from various customers. We work with sorting and transloading different types of industrial waste, including paper, plastic, and iron & metals. We ensure materials are handled correctly and delivered to customers, partners, or our production facilities – giving the material a new life. In total, approximately 20 employees work together towards shared goals. Our branches are located in Sannarp Industrial Area and Kistinge Industrial Area.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, your primary task is to lead, develop, and follow up on the business and employees to achieve set goals. You have comprehensive responsibility for results, work environment, external environment, safety, and quality. The role requires strong business acumen where you actively drive and develop the business and branch, while being a clear and inspiring leader for your employees. You combine strategic leadership with an operationally present approach, personally contributing to solving practical challenges when needed. Creating conditions for profitability and growth is central, and your leadership plays a key role in building a successful and sustainable operation. The role also includes driving systematic improvement work at the branch, ensuring compliance with permits, and ensuring efficient and safe daily operations. Your role includes customer responsibility and market monitoring in your area, leading sales personnel and developing sales and marketing initiatives to improve our business.
Example Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Manage and drive branch results, both short and long-term
• Ensure systematic and proactive work environment management
• Drive improvement work and initiate improvement projects
• Ensure the facility complies with external environmental laws and regulations
• Develop customer relationships and lead the sales team
• Responsible for local sales and marketing plan
• Ensure appropriate competence and development plan for the organization
You will be based at the Sannarp branch in Halmstad. The position includes travel within the branch and regional geographical area. You have direct personnel responsibility for production managers, specialists, and sales staff. Together with other branch managers, customer service manager, sales manager, and regional manager, you are part of the regional management group and report to the regional manager.

Qualifications – Requirements:
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in equivalent role and responsibility, including result management
• Experience with change management and business development
• Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education
• Good knowledge of Office suite and business/management systems
• Fluent in Swedish and good English skills
• Valid driver's license (B-class)

• Knowledge of work environment legislation and permit-required operations
• Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience
