We at WorkShop are now seeking a Field Trainer in Gothenburg for Samsung, with the primary responsibility of maximizing sales within the MX – Mobile Experience product category (smartphones, laptops, tablets, and wearables) at selected retailers in your district. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in retail who loves Samsung. You are driven to achieve ambitious goals together with others, excel at communication and building good relationships, and enjoy working independently.
In your role as Field Trainer, you will work in close dialogue with leaders and colleagues at WorkShop to ensure Samsung is the most sought-after brand in the MX product category. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on customer meetings, product and sales training, maintaining product displays, and conducting market activities aimed at engaging others with Samsung's brand and products, ensuring and strengthening Samsung's presence in stores, and maximizing sales potential. The work occasionally involves other market activities such as events and trade shows.
You will work towards set KPIs within strategic target areas and report according to established reporting routines. You will operate from your home city, but your workplace will vary daily and weekly between different retailers. Overnight stays in other locations may occur.
We are seeking candidates who:
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in retail
• Have relevant experience in business planning and customer management
• Are motivated to achieve ambitious goals together with others
• Have strong communication skills and a coaching approach
• Possess high social competence and the ability to win others' trust
• Are flexible and focus on seeing opportunities in a constantly changing environment
• Can analyze and transform data and information into improvement activities
• Enjoy working systematically and carefully with attention to detail
• Speak fluent Swedish and English
• Can work comfortably with MS Office
• Hold a valid driver's license
We offer a fun and fast-paced job at an inspiring and growing company. The position includes a company car, 30 days of vacation, and a 6-month probationary period. We also have a collective agreement.
