Your role The main task as a property caretaker is, together with your colleagues in the team, to ensure the basic mission of property management: that it is "clean, tidy, and safe" in the geographical area you work in. The work is largely event-driven by work orders and incoming cases, which requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to prioritize. You will be responsible for approximately 350 apartments and have significant customer contact with the tenants living in them. You will conduct move-in visits, repairs, and service work, inspect the properties through rounds, and handle social housing matters. Repairs you are expected to perform may include changing lock cylinders, installing curtain brackets, resolving minor drainage issues, installing smoke detectors, etc. Within the team, you will also assist with other tasks such as lawn care, sand removal, and snow shoveling, especially during peak work periods. Weekend and evening work may occur. Your qualifications • Completed upper secondary education. • B driver's license. • You have some form of documented knowledge related to the role's requirements. • Experience with customer interactions. • Good ability to express yourself in writing and verbally. • Knowledge of and experience in property management is an advantage. • Experience in lawn care and cleaning is also a plus.
