Property Developer for BoVivagruppen
An opportunity has arisen for a position that is rarely available on the market. BoVivagruppen owns and manages senior housing, commercial premises, and rental apartments. There is significant potential to develop the property business through new acquisitions and the enhancement of existing assets, and we are now seeking a Property Developer – an exciting new role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about property development and is self-driven, business-minded, and motivated!
About the Role
As a Property Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of our property portfolio and in our renovation and redevelopment projects. The role is both operational and strategic. The operational aspect includes all phases from project planning, budgeting, and procurement to construction management and follow-up. You will also have overall responsibility for purchases related to the properties, including both products and services. The strategic aspect involves assessing potential property acquisitions, creating and maintaining networks and partnerships within the industry.
You will also be responsible for long-term business calculations, negotiating contracts, conducting price discussions, etc., as well as ensuring that projects adhere to timelines. The role involves extensive networking in Halland as well as in other cities to identify and strengthen potential collaborations and business opportunities.
The office is located at Sperlingsholms Gods in beautiful surroundings, which also features a co-working space for other companies. You will report directly to the CEO.
About You
We are looking for candidates with relevant post-secondary education in construction, real estate, economics, or equivalent fields. You have experience in the real estate industry in one form or another. You possess a good understanding of economics and have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously, both at an operational and strategic level.
We seek someone who is business-oriented, self-sufficient, and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You are proactive in managing your daily tasks, fearless, and flexible. We also believe that you have a high degree of structure in your work approach, as projects vary in size – from smaller renovation projects to being involved in the acquisition of properties. You are also skilled at building relationships and collaborate smoothly with both internal and external contacts.

About the Employment and Application
This is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, starting immediately or as agreed. You will be employed by Sperlingsholms Gods AB and report directly to the CEO.
